I kicked the weekend off by taking Peyton to his pre-school fieldtrip to Sugarbush Farm in Ypsilanti. Since neither of his parents could go, they asked me to fill in, and I was happy to do so.
Farmer Joe gave a nice presentation with the cows, goats, sheep, and pigs. And everyone loved seeing all the babies. While Peyton didn't want to help milk the cow, he did pet her.
We also went on a hayride through the mud, mud, and more mud. But we made it back to the farm with no problems. Thank goodness!
